Description

This red male bearded dragon is a true translucent, carrying the smooth, semi glassy scale texture the trait is known for. Translucent dragons typically lack the usual white belly of a normal dragon, showing solid color underneath instead, and often have solid, dark eyes without the visible white sclera seen in normal dragons. On this dragon that translucent quality is set against a deep, even red base color that carries cleanly across his whole body.

For reptile keepers looking for a dragon with a distinct, eye catching visual trait, his combination of translucent skin and strong red coloring makes him stand out from a typically colored dragon at a glance. He is a solid choice for breeders looking to establish or strengthen translucent genetics in a red line, or for anyone who wants a visually striking dragon as a pet.

Raised on proper heat, correct UVB lighting, and a varied diet since hatching, he has grown into a healthy, well proportioned dragon with consistent, vivid coloring throughout.
